Here at studio one we have gone to great efforts to incorporate all the aspects we feel necessary for both the serious competitive athlete and the everyday fitness enthusiasts. we have a wide range of resistance plate loading and selectorised equipment which is excellently maintained as well as a separate floor incorporating a large amount of cardiovascular equipment, beauty treatment and sports massage, sun beds and pole fitness classes. here at studio one we pride ourselves on being a results based gym with exceptionally good member retention. We are not driven by how many memberships we sell we have a capped membership of 250 which ensures that all members always have adequate facilities they are not queueing for pieces of equipment and the gym has a bustling yet efficient environment!!!
